On the other hand trail glove 3 boasts a superior padding for enhanced cushioning and shock absorption. I wore them until i started to form holes near the toes after 1 5 2 years and so i ordered the same size in the vapor glove 3.

The vapor glove is designed as a road trainer and in that capacity it excels with a feel very similar to a running flat. The tg4 is a great all round all terrain barefoot shoe and can be used on straight as well as technical trails whereas the vg3 is an excellent lightweight shoe that i find meant more for.

I ran 5 miles in these out of the box the next week 7 miles. I m a 3 time owner of the vapor glove that s how big a fan i am of this shoe.
